SITE SPECIFICS AND TECHNICAL HARMONY

These lands have topographical attributes unique to this piece of land, allowing views and privacy across the sloping terrain, for each individual home. Our vision is inspired by the local community's vision for the neighbourhood and aligned with Penticton's Official Community Plan. Driven by a shared passion for the preservation of the Naramata Bench and exploration of nature in the neighbouring Campbell Mountain recreational trail network.

METHODOLOGY AND PROCESS

Ekistics Town Planning was tasked with site and building planning. They began by analyzing the site’s slopes, identifying areas with less than a 20% gradient as potential building locations. Through this process, they identified 38 potential sites. The next step involved designing roads and driveways to connect each building site. During this phase, it was determined that 16 future bare land strata lots and 4 "Pioneer" freehold lots were the perfect fit for the lands.
