Rigorous Environmental Assessments (EAs) have already been completed, with ongoing studies to help deepen our appreciation of the ecosystem for a harmonious coexistence.
In a serious commitment to the habitat's long-term preservation, a Statutory Building Scheme will be registered on each of the property titles. This scheme is designed to enforce environmentally responsible practices to safeguard the welfare of diverse wildlife.
Portfolio 1530 demands a comprehensive approach when it comes to addressing environmental concerns related to the local wilderness area. We're devoted to ensuring that all development decisions are in alignment with concerns that exist for the local wildlife who we are fortunate to share these lands with.
Further, only 25% of the site will be disturbed for development, leaving 75% of the site undisturbed and in it's natural state. 12 acres of the undisturbed area will be provided to the City as parkland, expanding green spaces and solidifying our dedication to preserving the natural environment.
These commitments underscore our responsibility for environmental stewardship and biodiversity protection. We remain open to ongoing collaboration to ensure the continued sustainability of this vital ecosystem.
